Every woman wants to be beautiful, regardless of age
Cervenkova: I wanted to do plastic surgery since I was a little girl
We are most beautiful after thirty, but our beauty is in great danger
Do you know at what age a woman is most beautiful? Scientists have found that exactly when he turns 31. Birthday.
At this age, she has already had a tumultuous youth, pubescent and post-pubescent experiments with her appearance, and usually has a fairly decent job, a steady income, and a steady partner. This relatively quiet period is said to reflect positively on her appearance.
But nothing is free, unfortunately, and nothing lasts forever. Nor beauty. And to make it last as long as possible, we need to take care of ourselves. Even more than ever. We have challenging years ahead of us. After the thirtieth year, according to psychologists, one of the most challenging stages in a woman’s life occurs – a turbulent career, pregnancies, childcare, household care, various family worries and, let’s not kid ourselves, problems in partner cohabitation.

Stressful periods affect our nutrition – we shop at fast food to get everything done, cook from semi-finished products, lack vitamins, lack sleep, deal with stress with cigarettes and alcohol and chase our youth at company parties. Still think that skin care at this age is not important? How is it different from care at other times? After all, every skin wants its own, whether it’s the skin of a newborn baby or the skin of a more mature lady. Yes, that is certainly true, but after the thirtieth year, there is one big twist …
… our skin is starting to age. Our skin is between 30. to 40. year, the most burdened and gradually ceases to cope with the pressure of hectic life. If we don’t take care of it, we will soon see the first signs of natural ageing. Hormone levels are reduced in the skin, which has a positive effect on firmness, regeneration and elasticity. The skin regenerates much more slowly, old cells are less easily shed, our skin sags, becomes flabby, wrinkled and thinner. In addition to hormones, this condition also significantly affects the lymphatic system, which affects the metabolism and respiration of the skin. The skin undergoes a radical remodelling during this period, when collagen changes its arrangement and when both sebum and sweat diminish.
Can this be prevented at all? Of course, the ideal would be to go to the gym several times a week and exercise otherwise at least twice a week, go to wellness centers regularly, and also enjoy at least once a month at a beauty salon.
But who has the time and money for all this? But the fact is that you simply can’t do without quality care. So if you want to prevent, or at least slow down, the premature ageing of your skin, you need to do something about it. If you want to put the brakes on ageing as much as possible, it’s important to start the fight before it starts to happen. “In addition to regular cleansing by a professional aesthetician and the use of special creams that have a proven effect on smoothing fine lines and wrinkles and supplying your skin with nutrients, you can help your skin with a good lifestyle and a healthy lifestyle. Many ladies who come to us are desperate because they have tried many branded cosmetics and nothing has helped them.
At our clinic, we have a simple solution for them – computer skin analysis. She can pinpoint exactly where their skin is deficient and what potential risks they face, so we can offer the ideal therapy to the client,”
explains well-known dermatologist MUDr. Alexandra Rozborilová, PhD.
Skin – a mirror to the soul The state of our skin reveals a lot about us. It is not for nothing that it is said to be the mirror of our soul. If you don’t relax enough, rest enough, sleep enough, it will show on your skin immediately. Bad psyche and bad skin are really very closely related to each other. You don’t believe? “Try to look around and notice the faces of those who are eternally cheerful and optimistic. Their face usually has a healthy pink coloration, and if they have any wrinkles, it’s mostly from laughing, which most of us find sympathetic. So if you want to stay young as long as possible, in addition to quality care, don’t forget to smile and at least occasionally put your worries behind you,” recommends MUDr. Rozborilova.

Summer has given your skin a hard time!
Our dermatologist MUDr. Alexandra Rozborilová, PhD.:
“Autumn is the time when you should focus on all the damage done by the sun’s rays, long bathing in salt or chlorinated water and the rapid temperature changes caused by air conditioning. It’s also a transitional period when you can perfectly prepare your skin for the cold winter, which your skin should enter in the best possible condition,” she explains.
Each season requires specific skin care. While the products we use in the summer should primarily limit sebum production and protect us from the harsh rays of the sun, autumn cosmetics should help restore the skin’s balance. The skin at this time needs a lot of vitamins and other nourishing and moisturizing substances.
Check your skin After the summer, it should go without saying to check your moles and pigmentation and pay extra attention to the neoplasms you didn’t have on your skin before. ,,It is confirmed that sunlight accelerates skin ageing and causes the formation of various benign tumours. It is also known to cause skin cancer in the worst cases. That’s why it’s a good idea to see a dermatologist after a summer sunbath to check if there’s anything wrong,” warns Dr Novotná.
Autumn is the ideal time for skin treatments, as most of them require a sun ban of several weeks. During this period it is a good idea to have pigment spots, dilated blood vessels removed or undergo laser procedures to remove growths.
Get rid of dirt After the summer, rid the skin on your face, but also on your décolleté or back of all impurities. The water-resistant sunscreens you used in the summer have left elements on your skin that are now clogging your pores. A mud scrub or a cleansing facial scrub can help you get rid of them. Peels are very effective products for deep cleansing of the pores and perfectly prepare the skin for further cosmetic care. Simple mechanical peels can also be done at home. More demanding is chemical peeling, which belongs exclusively in the hands of a specialist, as it uses different concentrations of acid. It helps in improving the skin condition after acne, for oily skin, to soften its surface, flatten scars, reduce pore size, fade pigment spots, smooth fine surface wrinkles and overall brighter skin appearance.
Moisturise the skin In autumn, start using creams with a different formula than the ones you used in summer. Choose those with a thicker consistency and more nutritious ingredients. Focus on hydration and vitamins. For targeted hydration, it’s a good idea to apply a hydrating serum or treat yourself to a hydrating or regenerating mask. Take advantage of the beneficial effects of olive oil, almonds or goat’s milk. Don’t think you can stop using SPF products as soon as summer is over. Even in autumn, the sun occasionally comes out from under the clouds and its rays are still dangerous. Choose one of the SPF make-ups and you’ll kill two birds with one stone. If you don’t wear make-up, there is also a wide range of day creams that protect against the sun’s rays.
Remember that beauty comes from within. The skin is nourished by the blood and here, in turn, directly influences your diet and lifestyle. “It’s not only important for the skin to follow a consistent drinking regime. Without water, the skin dries out and is unable to absorb nutrients or excrete harmful substances. When it comes to diet, excessive amounts of fat, sugar and salt are bad for the skin. Don’t close yourself in unventilated spaces in autumn, as the lack of oxygen will also have an adverse effect on your skin. At any time of the day, weather permitting, take a walk in the fresh air and also take time for active exercise, which gets the blood flowing to the skin. Finally, I recommend that you don’t neglect sleep and deprive your skin of its natural ability to regenerate while you sleep. Even in aesthetic medicine, it is better to prevent a problem than to solve it once it has arisen,” advises Dr Novotná.

Don’t bother the neighbourhood with your sweat
Botox against sweating A very dilute solution of botulinum toxin type A is used to treat excessive sweating, a small amount of which is injected into the skin of the affected area at a rate of approximately one puncture per 1 square cm. The principle of action of botulinum toxin is to prevent the transmission of nerve fibre impulses to the sweat glands. “The procedure is almost painless, with a maximum of 400 units of botulinum toxin injected into approximately 20 punctures in each armpit. The injections are superficial and heal within a few hours. It takes about half an hour and I do not recommend using antiperspirant or deodorant for 24 hours after the procedure, it is a good idea to cover the armpits only with baby powder. The effect of the therapy starts to develop within 3 days after the application. The duration of the effect is individual, from 3 months to 1 year, on average 6 – 9 months. There is no need to worry about starting to sweat more elsewhere on the body.” explains MUDr. Novotná Sweat secretion can thus be reduced to 10% of the original sweating, which has been proven by objective examination methods. However, botulinum toxin treatment does not rid a person of hyperhidrosis forever; the symptoms gradually reappear. The need for repeated application is individual and varies between 8 to 12 months or longer.
Will it hurt me? The soreness of the procedure varies considerably according to the site of application. For example, application in the armpits or on the palms of the hands is easy, without the need for anaesthesia. In contrast, application to the feet is very painful and is usually performed in analgosedation (controlled sleep). Discuss your expectations openly with your doctor at your first consultation. Your doctor should ask you about your medical history and your current state of health. In the case of severe hyperhidrosis, he may also send you for a complete internal examination, which can reveal the medical problems that cause excessive sweating. The sites where the botulinum toxin will be injected will be determined by the doctor using an iodine-starch test. Count on the fact that after this test, the treated areas may be mechanically stained blue for several days. “The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis and the client can go home immediately afterwards. If the treatment was performed on the head, he should not bend or lie down for 4 hours. In the case of treatment of the palms, he should not wear anything heavy, drive, or otherwise strain the palms for the next few hours. The treated areas should not be touched for at least 24 hours, after which they can be gently washed. However, this procedure does not require any special restrictions,” adds Dr. Novotná. So excessive sweating has a solution. You no longer have to leave an odour trail behind you wherever you go. Just consult the experts and serious life can become more fragrant.

Silicone breasts men like. Umelá krása ich už neodrádza
Moreover, even men’s tastes vary from the size of cherries to melons. Some even claim that they like small breasts or that they don’t care about the size of a woman’s breasts. But what if men just lie to women with small breasts, just like women lie to men about the size of their bodies? After all, the fact that men prefer plump cleavage is also confirmed by the aforementioned STEM / MARK survey, in which 53 percent of 500 men said they would like a larger bust in their partner.
Probably everyone, women and men alike, can at least agree that the most beautiful breasts are firm. However, time and also gravity are inexorable against the firmness of the bust. Women, in short, are under pressure. Constant measuring leads to complexes, which is the main reason they end up coming to see a plastic surgeon. “The absolute majority of ladies are brought to us by the desire to strengthen their self-confidence and increase their own attractiveness,” confirms MUDr. Alexandra Rozborilová, PhD.
“Women’s breasts have always been a symbol of beauty and femininity. Therefore, it is not surprising that their size greatly affects the psyche of a woman in the event that, in her opinion, or in the opinion of those around her, a certain deviation occurs. At the same time, the breast is one of the most important sexual and erogenous parts of the female body,” adds Dr Rozborilová.
In the UK, a recent survey asked thousands of young ladies whether they would prefer bigger breasts or a higher IQ. Almost half of the respondents would prefer larger breasts. It is logical in a way, since reproduction is the main mission that nature has given to women. To accomplish this goal, breast pumps are definitely a more practical aid than even the sharpest judgment.
Silicone breasts are slowly becoming a normal part of our lives in an age where we all crave beauty. Perhaps it’s only a matter of time before surgically altered firm breasts are as commonplace for every woman as eyelash highlights or shaved legs are today.
Aesthetic surgery has more and more fans. While fifteen years ago most people rejected breast augmentation, today the opposite is true. Among the men surveyed, 80 percent agreed with silicones. The number of conservative men who like purely natural breasts is rapidly decreasing. Only 20 per cent of respondents were strongly opposed to plastic surgery on their partner.
The survey revealed a surprising finding: far from being a negligible handful, the number of men who prefer to have their breasts altered by a plastic surgeon is now a full one-third. The other third are comfortable with both natural and silicone breasts, and only one-third of respondents prefer natural.
