GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the rights and obligations between:- Operator:

1.2. The Esthetic Clinic provides services in aesthetic medicine, dermatovenerology, laser medicine, plastic surgery, neurology, cosmetics and other related procedures/treatments, which can be booked by the client (patient) through a telephone conversation/email/contact form.
1.3. By using the website www.esthetic.sk/objednaním for the treatment/performance/completion of the treatment, the client (patient) confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these GTC.
2. ORDERING SERVICES AND BOOKING A DATE
2.1. The client can book an appointment via the online form, by email or by phone.2.2. Reservations are binding and late cancellation fees may apply.
2.3. The clinic reserves the right to refuse an order when capacity is reached or for other reasons.
2.4. The Client or his/her legal representative acknowledges and agrees that by booking a surgery date at Esthetic Clinic, the Client is obliged to pay the booking fee for the surgery date. In the event of cancellation of the booked appointment by the client or his/her legal representative, or in the event that the client does not undergo the procedure, this amount is non-refundable.
The Client hereby expressly agrees that the above amount serves as compensation for the time, capacity and preparation of the performance booked, in which case there is no claim for refund, whether in full or in part.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. Prices are listed on the website and are subject to change. 3.2. Payment options:- Cash at reception

- Bank transfer for selected services
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1. Free cancellation 24 hours before the procedure. 4.2. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance – 50 € fee. 4.3. Failure to appear – fee 80 €.5. SERVICE COMPLAINTS
5.1. The clinic guarantees a high quality of service. 5.2. Complaints can be made:- In writing to the address of the clinic
- In person at reception
