GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the rights and obligations between:

Clients (patients) who use the services offered by Esthetic, s.r.o.
1.2 The Aesthetic Clinic provides aesthetic medicine, dermatovenerology, laser medicine, plastic surgery, neurology, cosmetics and other related procedures/treatments, which can be booked by the client (patient) through a telephone conversation/email/contact form.
1.3 By using the website www.esthetic.sk/objednaním for the treatment/performance/treatment, the client (patient) confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these GTC.
2. ORDERING SERVICES AND BOOKING A DATE
2.1 The Client can book an appointment via the online form, by email or by telephone.
2.2 Reservations are binding and late cancellation fees may apply.
2.3 The Clinic reserves the right to refuse an order when capacity is reached or for other reasons.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Prices are set out on the website and are subject to change.
3.2 Payment options:
- Cash at reception
- Payment card
- Bank transfer for selected services
3.3 Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the reservation.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Free cancellation 24 hours before the procedure.
4.2. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance – fee 50 €.
4.3. Failure to appear – fee 80 €.
5. SERVICE COMPLAINTS
5.1 The clinic guarantees high quality of services.
5.2 Complaints can be made:
- In writing to the address of the clinic
- In person at reception
5.3 A complaint must be made within 7 days of the service.
5.4 The Clinic will process the complaint within 30 days.
6. DATA PROTECTION
6.1 Data processing in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. and GDPR.
6.2 The data is processed for booking and communication purposes.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1 The Clinic reserves the right to change the GTC.
7.2 Relationships not regulated shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.
7.3 Disputes shall be resolved preferably by agreement, otherwise by court proceedings.
7.4 The GTC shall enter into force on 01.03.2025.
