BASIC DESCRIPTION
Silicone implants are used to enhance or support facial skeleton mostly on:
OPERATION
The operation proceeds in accordance with client’s wish, under local or general anesthesia. The incisions are made in the oral cavity or in the line under the chin. The stay in the hospital takes 4 to 24 hours.
DURATION AND EFFECT
The surgery takes approximately 1.5 hour and the effect is permanent.
POST-OPERATION
There is 2 weeks long recovery period, during which is the face in the place of implants fixed by an adhesive plaster. The implant is not visible nor touchable after the operation. The face recovers from the surgery within 2 – 3 weeks.
