Basic characteristics
- dark tattoos
- permanent make-up
Application
The laser produces short flashes (pulses) that pass through the top layer of the skin without breaking it. Light of different wavelengths is absorbed by the pigment of the tattoo ink and is subsequently scattered – breaking the pigment into small particles. The damaged colour particles are removed by the skin’s immune system or peeled off together with the damaged surface cells.
With each subsequent treatment, the depth to which the laser works increases and the tattoos in the lower layers of the skin are removed. The Q-SWITCHED laser thus removes even the deepest and most problematic colour tattoos. The treatment must be repeated several times.
Duration
The treatment is very effective, excellent results are achieved in a very short period of time.
Risks
- Redness
- formation of rattlesnakes
