Zinc is an important mineral that plays a key role in various biological processes in the body, including hair growth and the body&#8217;s defenses.   <br><br>  In aesthetic clinics, zinc infusions are often used to improve skin quality and promote the growth of strong, healthy hair. Zinc has anti-inflammatory effects and can help improve cell regeneration, which is important for hair loss or scalp problems.
